Pastor Donnie Radney
Lead Pastor
Pastor Donnie is an Ordained Bishop of the Church of God and holds a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministries from Liberty University and an Honorary Doctorate from Ministry International Institute. Together, Donnie and Shanna have led worship across the Southeast of Florida, touching countless lives with their passion and faith. Before moving to Florida, they have served previously served at Central Church for over 10 years. Their greatest joy is their 4-year-old son, Grayson. Married since 2012, Donnie and Shanna are excited and optimistic serving at Central Church eagerly anticipating the amazing journey ahead.

Pastor Ben Johnson
Adminstrative Pastor
Pastor Ben Johnson, a native of Tennessee, joined Central Church in January 2024. He began preaching, teaching, and singing at age 15 and later graduated from Central Bible College in 1996 with degrees in Pastoral Ministries and Music. Pastor Ben and his wife stepped into full-time ministry just before their marriage in 1995 and have since planted four churches, served over 18 years as Lead Pastors, led missions across the Americas, and faithfully ministered in worship and music. Their ministry has marked a deep passion for building the church and encouraging others in their walk with Christ. They live on Hilton Head Island with their dog Benji and are blessed with two daughters, Moriah and Haven.

Jacob & Megan Dotson
Worship Pastors
Jacob and Megan Dotson serve as Worship Pastors at Central Church, bringing over twenty years of experience in leading people into God’s presence through worship. Originally from Kentucky, they are passionate about creating Christ-centered worship that is Spirit-led and welcoming to all generations. Jacob studied at Marshall University, the University of Pikeville, and Lee University, while Megan studied at the University of Pikeville and the University of the Cumberlands. Together, they have led worship teams, mentored musicians, and cultivated a culture of excellence and authenticity in worship. They now live on Hilton Head Island with their daughter, Caroline, and desire to see the church encounter God’s presence in ways that transform lives and strengthen families.

Pastor Tate Lucci
Student Pastor
Pastor Tate Lucci spent half his childhood in Charleston, WV where he would eventually move to Hilton Head Island, SC along with his family. Pastor Tate started at West Virginia Uniersity where he would get plugged into multiple college ministries such as Chi Alpha and InterVarsity. Eventually he switched degrees in pursuit of minsitry after an internship at Central Church. Pastor Tate would then go to Anderson University to recieve his Christian Studies B.S. degree, and his Masters of Divinity. Pastor Tate served as a Bible teacher at his alma mater, Hilton Head Christian Academy, for 2 years before serving full time Student Ministry at Central Church. Pastor Tate has been part of the Central Church family since 2019 and has loved it here since.
